Position – Commercial & Retail - Leasing and Sales Manager
Experience – 5 + years in commercial/retail leasing and sales


  • Work on the commercial portfolio in terms of commercial leasing, commercial sales, renewal of leases, tenant relationship and management, etc.
  • Should have or be able develop keep relationships with tenants.
  • Coordination and Management of channel partners and IPC’s for leasing of commercial properties.

Description :

The candidate should be result oriented and should be able to sell high value residential homes and villas ranging from 30lakhs to 5 crores.

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Head who will organize a team, train the team, track marketing budgets, meet and convert clients and ultimately produce results. With that, he should be capable of converting site visits to bookings and helping the sales team out in these conversions. We are looking for efficiency and leadership to fill in the role in our organization.

The head will also be a direct coordinator between the management and sales team and will be completely responsible for the sales and marketing team and their performance. You will also be responsible for inter department coordination between heads whenever needed.

Key Skills :

  • 5+ years experience in on ground sales and marketing
  • 3+ years experience in a leadership/senior executive position.
  • Passionate for Sales
  • Native of the city for 5 to 10 year

Position – Senior Accounts Manager
Experience – 7 to 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry handling indirect taxes
Key Points – Candidate should have in depth knowledge of direct/indirect tax regulation of India


  • Monthly filing and reconciliation of GST, TDS, TCS, etc.
  • To have no delay in submission of above returns.
  • To assist and guide in obtaining approval & registration under various tax regulatory.
  • To assist and guide preparation of timely and proper details for Audits.
  • To ensure minimum statutory audits queries & irregularities pointed by internal audit Assisting and guiding in calculation of tax payable
  • Liaise with tax consultants and advisors for tax optimization purposes
  • Handle monthly reconciliation statements
  • Prepare quarterly RERA accounting charts and certificates
  • Maintain books as per standard accounting practices.
  • Other basic Administration duties as necessary.

Position – Manager – Projects
Experience – 10 + years in contractor/builders office


  • To manage the construction of several different projects which includes commercial projects, layout, and apartments projects and renovation works.
  • Managing the team of 10+ project engineers across projects and implementing a reporting system
  • Review all contractors and subcontractors payments, billing, performance, deliveries, etc.
  • Responsible for completion of the project within time limit.
  • Responsible for quality management of the work.
  • To check that during project all the legal policies are being followed.
  • To inspect the site and update to Management accordingly.
  • Taking care of all the documents related formalities.
  • To help in management and consolidation of all construction activities
  • Taking part in negotiations with contractors and doing the rate analysis of all items.
  • To manage the group of people which include labour, engineers, designers, and others.

Position – Sales Executive
Experience – 4 + years in the real estate industry

Basic responsibilities 

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • The closing of potential leads and converting them into sales. 
  • Prepare marketing and sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data such as the number of leads per week, the number of site visits per week, no of sales converted per week,etc. 
  • Meet and develop a relationship with new channel partners and get conversions from them. 
  • Send mails to potential clients, interact with them for queries, and convince them regarding projects. 
  • Research competitive products by identifying other projects close by, analyzing their pricing, product and location and maintaining research databases.
  • Take part in CRM, marketing and sales review meetings. 
  • Take part in exhibitions, sales forums, and other events representing the brand and meeting potential clients. 
  • Prepare and give presentations and sales information to clients. 
  • Ensure network, customer facilitation, VIP visits, and Project coordination when required
  • Perform all other administrative duties as required on a need basis. 

Position – CRM Head
Experience – 8 + years of working in the CRM division.


  • Manage the CRM team and handle all post sales queries of clients of all projects.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Prepare agreements of sale, sale deeds, allotments letter, demand letters, thank you letters, etc.
  • Interact with clients regarding pending payments.
  • Handle complete after sales service such as preparation of agreement of sale, sale deeds, demand letters, payments receipts, etc.
  • Coordinate with client regarding customizations and coordinate with engineering team regarding feasibility and cost.
  • Take clients on site visits whenever necessary and explain to them the project in detail.
  • Take part in CRM, marketing and sales review meetings.
  • Update sales charts, payments and give weekly review to management.
  • Handle all bank queries, coordinate with banks for approval of projects and get sanction letters.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work
  • Other duties as assigned

Position – Architect/Interior designer
Experience – 5 + years in builders/architects office


  • Conduct Site Surveys and Drafted Existing Conditions and give drawings for the same.
  • Utilize design software packages for preparation of architectural drawings including 2D and 3D modelling.
  • Cross verification of construction drawings and renderings as issued by the principal architect
  • Coordinated with structural engineers, principal architect, consultants and general contractors on all project issues.
  • Initiated a system to organize all electronic drawing documents for the company.
  • Preparing a BOQ for ongoing projects for minor architectural and interior works
  • Giving interior designs for model units, clubhouses, etc.
  • Use design programs to create photo-realistic renderings of specific areas of the project.
  • Prepare marketing collateral, 3d and isometric floor plans, presentation of all floor plans, etc
  • Coordinate with clients on customizations, design, and other client requirements.
